By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

6. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to PouchPig requires an active paid subscription.
Users may view limited onboarding content without a subscription, but full access to the App's features requires a valid subscription.
- Payments are processed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
We do not control billing and do not issue refunds directly.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by PouchPig and are protected by applicable laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use branding or assets without permission
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use harms the App or other users
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Accuracy of data or insights
- App availability or uptime
- Results from using the App
10. Limitation of Liability

PouchPig shall not be liable for any:
